For the offices of Minnehaha County Commissioners (3), Minnehaha County Auditor, Minnehaha County Register of Deeds, & Minnehaha County Sheriff nominating petitions must be filed in the office of the Minnehaha County Auditor, 415 N Dakota Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57104, and the nominating petitions for the offices of United States Senator, United States Representative, Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, State Auditor, State Treasurer, Commissioner of Schools & Public Lands, Public Utilities Commissioner, State Senate and State Representatives in each of the Legislative Districts 2, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 25 must be filed in the Office of the Secretary of State, 500 E Capitol Ave., State Capitol Building, Pierre, SD 57501.
